Fargo, ND - November 15, 2008 - Intelligent InSites, Inc. today announced that Mary Jagim has joined the company as Client Engagement Manager.

Mary joins the company with more than 24 years experience in healthcare, primarily in the emergency care setting. Her primary responsibility will be assuring that Intelligent InSites clients experience a seamless and satisfying implementation process.

Prior to joining Intelligent InSites, Jagim was an independent consultant working with hospitals on emergency preparedness planning, emergency department operations, work flow and staffing. In 2001, Mary served as the national president of the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and led the development of ENA’s Key Concepts in Emergency Department Management Course and Guidelines in Emergency Department Staffing Tool. She was also a member of the Institute of Medicine Study on the Future of Emergency Care and the National Quality Forum Emergency Department Consensus Standards Committee.

Jagim is an accomplished teacher, presenter, and author. She received her BS in Nursing from the University of North Dakota and is enrolled as a graduate student at North Dakota State University as she pursues a masters degree in Nursing. She is a Certified Emergency Nurse and a Fellow in the Academy of Emergency Nursing.
