Sales Operations SpecialistPrimary Responsibilities: Create, execute and manage lead generation activities; Develop sales quotes, proposals and estimates; Qualify sales leads as appropriate; Coordinate event planning and follow-up, including trade shows; Participate in industry tradeshow and conference events; Develop and maintain company website and marketing collateral; Conduct product demonstrations as appropriate; Provide add-on sales expertise and execution; Perform account management; Maintain current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) based software; Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred; Experience in preparing sales quotations, proposals and estimates; Strong desire for professional growth and success; Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Salesforce and web applications; Excellent creative problem solving skills; Proven skills in multi-tasking, and balancing multiple projects and demands; Excellent team work skills and strong customer service methodologies; Proven organization and coordination skills; Excellent written and verbal communication/documentations skills – internal and external.
